Pics of the new house – Lake Keowee SC Photographer
I know, I know…I’m a little late posting pics of the new house….but it was WAY more work getting moved in and unpacked than I thought it would be. Seriously, I was under the mistaken impression that I had pared down our possesions when we moved to SC from PA a year and a half ago – NOT!!! Plus it has rained like crazy the last month, making our move & last minute work on the house difficult at best and delaying a lot of what we wanted to get accomplished. I still don’t have any pics of the pool, which just got the concrete done on Friday and still needs to be cleaned but I will add those soon I promise. And we are still a few weeks away from finishing the lower level, so that will be a seperate post too. All in all, I am thrilled with how it turned out and I can’t wait until y’all visit!
Still need the decorative hardware on the garage doors and some shrubs on the front:

The back, or lake-facing side:

Standing in the foyer, the staircase:

The great room:

The Wall Words I had made for the bridge:

Going to put huge pictures of the family up on that transom ledge – has uplighting for that purpose:

View of the breakfast area and the built-in windowseat -

Looking into the kitchen from the breakfast area:

Pendants over the counter:
My office:

Screened porch – the bottom is tempered glass, so as not to obstruct the view:

One of the guest rooms:
Another guest room, with the headboard that my neighbor Cheryl embroidered for me & I built:

Closer look at the foyer light fixture from the bridge, which I love – more photos will go in those dormers:
