It’s a microwave egg cooker that I got for $5 at Walmart. Spray it with some cooking spray, break an egg into it and beat with a fork and a tsp of milk, close the lid and cook for one minute. Result is a beautiful, light, fluffy low carb treat! I stick it in a low-carb wrap with a piece of fully-cooked turkey sausage that I also nuked for a minute, and some cheese and there you have a filling and FAST meal. Perfect for when you get hit with those awful hunger cravings; you can whip this up and enjoy guilt-free instead of grabbing something else that isn’t on your diet. I’ve added lots of stuff to these for dinner, too – tomatoes and lettuce, zucchini, ham or bacon, different cheeses, sprouts, etc. Give it a try!
