Amy & I had been trying for quite awhile to get together for a family session and almost pulled it off last year, until one of the kids got sick. She was absolutely determined to get it done this year, and prepared for it like a boss. Picked the perfect coordinating outfits for everyone in the family, got everyone on board to cooperate, got all of the kids dressed and ready and set off for Mingo with plenty of wiggle room…and then, BAM…got stuck in miserable traffic for the Covered Bridge festival. Unbeknownst to me, when I picked a spot to meet that was away from the festival areas, it was still impossible to deviate from the one-way traffic flow within the park and they were stuck in the pack for over an hour. Still, she kept her cool, and kept her family positive, and we ended up with these BEAUTIFUL family images. I love the pictures of each child with each parent.
In a busy family with 4 children, individual one-on-one time is very special and I think these pictures show just how cherished each of these kids are!
I photograph family sessions with an emphasis on parent and child interactions. These are the types of images that are the hardest for families to capture themselves with phones and even decent cameras, and truly the ones that mean the most down the road. These are the types of images that definitely need the professional touch – your family deserves them! Call me at 724-986-2625 and we can chat about your family and how we can capture this for you!
