Saw this on Shark Tank (my favorite show!) and it was calling my name! I am always looking for something that I can do at home, isn’t too hard, can be done in short intervals and, even better, while I’m doing something else. This fits the bill, plus it targets balance and that awful muffin. I got mine just this week and so far I’m having a lot of fun with it. There are lots of videos on their channel on Youtube that shows lots of ways to use it.
